Firm foundations

Surface foundation
A surface foundation is secured by a block
foundation or graded foundations.
Block and graded foundations are constructed with
anchor bolt or tubular elements, according to the
local foundation soil report.

Deep foundation
Driven pile and drilled foundations form the basis of
deep foundations.
The decision to deploy deep foundations is based on
local site conditions, for example when space is at
a premium, due to the routing of supply roads or to
avoid larger traffic islands etc.
In many cases, a deep foundation with ground
anchorage can make sense, as, taking soil
conditions into account, the overall cost of erecting
advertising towers is more cost efficient and can be
achieved in a shorter space of time.
